Brandon Lew, MD, PhD
Biography
Dr. Lew joined the residency and Research Training Program from the University of Nebraska Medical Center where he studied neuroscience under Dr. Tony Wilson, PhD. His research included multimodal neuroimaging studies of HIV and aging, functional neuroimaging studies of alcohol use, and studies quantifying the reliability of neuroimaging methods. His training was funded by a NIDA F30 (DA048713). Dr. Lew has authored 20+ publications and has presented his work at national and international conferences including the American Academy of Neurology, American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry, and the International Conference on Biomagnetism. As a resident, he is working with Dr. Linda Carpenter, MD examining clinical and electrophysiologic markers of TMS treatment for depression.
