Salary (2024-2025)

  • PGY-1: $70,555
  • PGY-2: $72,676
  • PGY-3: $76,422
  • PGY-4: $80,238; Chief Residents plus $1,200

 

Paid Time Off

3 Weeks of Vacation for PGY 1-3 residents

4 Weeks of Vacation for PGY-4 Residents

  • Time off for vacation is chosen by residents instead of assigned by the residency to allow for greater flexibility. 

12 Sick Days

  • This time is accrued per year at a rate of 1 day per month and rolls over year-to-year.

Up to 13 weeks off for parental/medical leave, including 6 weeks of paid leave.

In addition to paid time off, the residency has 10 paid holidays each year.
